Built routing from scratch. Started with SMB vs. enterprise by company size, then expanded to geographic territories across East, Midwest, and West. Used ZoomInfo FormComplete for form enrichment and Insycle for deduplication before anything hit a rep.

Built Motivosity's outbound infrastructure from zero. Task workspaces, sequences, all in HubSpot. Ran a closed-lost reactivation campaign using Clay to source LinkedIn profiles, generate personalized messages, and push back into HubSpot. Familiar with Instantly.ai.

Used Zapier to sync CRM data into Google + Meta Ads for model training. Built a Make workflow that QAs emails via LLM through Slack. Used Google Apps Script to automate email templating. Currently building a Make + Marketo API flow for automated list cleaning.

Sole marketing analyst at Motivosity. Owned the monthly exec deck. Reported on leads, pipeline, CAC, CAC ratio, and payback period. Used HubSpot for marketing metrics and Drivetrain to connect data sources. Solid grasp of ARR, MRR, churn and sub revenue models.

Built Motivosity's attribution model in stages. Started with first-touch + influenced pipeline. Added first/last touch as the team matured. Built a self-reported layer into the lead object via a "how did you hear about us" field on forms.

Introduced Clay.com at Motivosity. Implemented ZoomInfo, managed Insycle. Brought in Goldcast as the webinar platform at BambooHR. Rolled out Drivetrain for connected revenue reporting. Good at getting tools talking to each other including integrations not in the docs.
